Hi everyone - I hope you have enjoyed looking at the new releases, I think the tea pot set is going to be one of my faves!!
Today we're delighted to introduce you to our first Featured Stamper - Suezie Howard from Suffolk, UK. Suezie contacted us to show us the fabulous mini album picured below made with the Garden of Life set. Her blog Nothin Says Lovin is full of fabulous Papertrey projects - be sure to check it out!!
Here are a few questions we asked Suezie:
- How long have you been stamping for?
I've been collecting stamps forever but only considered myself a stamper for past 2-3 years.
- When did you discover Papertrey?
I first discovered PTI when they were only a fledgling company while surfing the net and they only had a very small number of sets - one look was all it took!
- What is your favourite PTI set?
Little Lady (Vol 1 #5) is my favourite by far and the one I go back to again and again. The simplicity of the design - of all the designs actually - and the way they allow the stamper to add their own elements in colour and design when layering them up take them to another level beyond most other stamps.
- Who is your Papertrey stamping idol?!
I started following Lauren Meader long before she became a designer for PTI and I still do - she is such a creative lady and so inspiring she always makes me want to go grab a stamp set and start creating too!
- What is your papercrafting dream?
Now that I have achieved the dream of teaching crafts for my local college I want to move on to see my work published in a magazine somewhere.
Thanks Suezie! And here are a few samples of her fabulous work!
I love all the details on this mini album:

Thank you so much Suezie for being our April Featured Stamper - we've really enjoyed getting to know you and your work!
Thanks for visiting - we'll be back soon!

Suezie does such beautiful work and I have to take a closer look at all the things she shows us on her blog.
By the way... I ordered some things yesterday. The set I really had to have ist "Scattered Showers" because somehow I love umbrellas. *lol* I could not stand it and it kind of jumped in my cart as soon as I got on the shop-website. Hope it´s coming soon... :)
Hugs Tina
